It puts the spotlight on products produced by :

Schedule your meetings
8 days before the start of your fair, schedule meetings with producers via your personnal digital organizer and the available sorting filters

Meet the producers
At the date and time of the appointment, enter your videoconference for 25 minutes

Your negociations have been conclusive? Request an offer and samples to organize an online tasting on our platform !

CONDITIONS OF USE
VinoVirtual's virtual exhibitions are reserved for wine & spirits professionals only.
Admission is free for visitors who have to fill a registration form to participate.
Visitors' participation includes:
- a visitor account accessible by email
- a digital organizer to schedule meetings
- unlimited meeting invitations
- unlimited 25 mn videoconference meetings
- unlimited virtual booth reviews
- free entry to web conferences
By registering, you have no obligation to make appointments nor to accept producers invitations.
However, you agree to : respond to producers' meeting requests within 48 hours and check your technical tools with VinoVirtual for 15 minutes previously at your fair.
According to our personal data protection policy, your email and telephone details will remain hidden by the VinoVirtual Fair attendees.
Contact information will be shared in only two cases :
- at your discretion at the time of the videoconference appointment using the chat tool
- by the VinoVirtual team in case a producer asks for it
